1. Cancellation Policy
a. For Products
- You may cancel your order for physical or digital products before the order is processed or shipped.
- Once the order is shipped or delivered, cancellations are no longer possible.

b. For Services
- Service cancellations are allowed before the project commencement or within 24 Hours/Days, of placing the order.
- If the service work has already started, cancellation may not be possible, and partial or full charges may apply.

2. Refund Policy
a. For Products
- Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
- To request a refund, please provide clear photos and proof of purchase to naturalayurved101@gmail.com
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
b. For Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available for downloadable or digital content unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

c. For Services
- Refunds for services will be issued only in the following situations:
- If the cancellation request is made before the project has commenced.
- If we are unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Customized digital products once delivered
- Services that have been fully or partially completed
- Design projects where work has commenced, and initial concepts or drafts have been shared
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
